1,Canopy
Canopy raw material is galvanized and cold rolled steel also available, thickness reach to 2.5mm, surface are smooth & unsmooth for options, any types can be designed.
2, Fuel tank
Grounded fuel tank with forklift holes, consumption time can last for 8hrs or longer.
3,Alternator
Brushless alternators are produced by ourselves, copper wires are adopted from listed company, Ball bearing is CAMEL brand and insulation reach to H class.
4,Silent Foam
Foam thickness is 4cm and with strong density, it is better for soundproof perfomance.
5,LED Light
Generator inside install LED light for maintenance.
6,Controller
Control modules are SMARTGEN, DATAKOM, DEEPSEA and COMAP brands etc.
CHNT circuit breaker, SMARTGEN battery charger.

Governor with electric or mechanic system.

In facility, HONGFU factory with 2 workshops which covers 20000 square meters, we equiped with 3 laser cutting machines, 1 CNC pressing machine and 2 bending machines and 1 automatic powder coating line for canopy and fuel tank production.
From first production step to final loading.we show one by one above, let customer have a direct impression on how we produce our genset, we take every details seriously just for client's satifaction.
We carry out the strict purchase system. All raw materials must through mutilple tests and inspections before purchasing. There are some CHNT, AISIKAI, SMARTGEN, COMAP, DSE these branded accessories for client's options.
Product Warranty Details:
1.Hongfu generator guarantee for one year or 1000 hours from ex-factory date.
2.During the warranty period, we will provide the free spare parts. After expiration, we provide chargeable spare parts.
3.Global warranty engine, such as Cummins Perkins Deutz and Doosan etc these world -wide engine's maintenance will be settled by local Authorization Service Agent.
