1. Canopy
2.5mm thickness canopy (galvanized canopy is also available), surface are smooth & unsmooth for options, any types can be designed.
2. Fuel tank
Grounded fuel tank with forklift holes, consumption time can last for 8-10 hrs or longer.
3. Alternator
There are Stamford, Leroy somer, Marathon, Meccalte and Hongfu brand alternator for options.
4. Silent Foam
Foam thickness is 4cm and with strong density, it with soundproof and fire proof function.
5. LED Light
2 LED lights inside for final user to do maintenance.
6. Controller
Digital controller are DSE, ComAp, Smartgen, Datakom etc.
7. Governor
Governor with electric or mechanic system.
8. Battery
Maintenance-free battery in our adoption.
9. Type
Open,Super silent, Trailer types, Free-attendent type, Container size .
10. Qualification
Our generator compliance with standards CCC/CE/IAF/ISO9001:2008 Quality management systems-Requirements.
In facility, HONGFU factory with 2 workshops which covers 20000 square meters, we have 3 laser cutting machines, 2 wrenching machines, 1CNC pressing machine and 1 automatic powder coating line for canopy and fuel tank production.
Product Warranty Details:
1.Hongfu generator guarantee for one year or 1000 hours from ex-factory date.
2.During the warranty period, we will provide the free spare parts. After expiration, we provide chargeable spare parts.
3.Global warranty engine, such as Cummins Perkins Deutz and Doosan etc these world -wide engine's maintenance will be settled by local Authorization Service Agent.
